Question Hello Penny,
I have an idea for a children's product. I have been researching the internet endlessly to try and find a company to help me either license or manufacture/market this idea. I believe I want to go the licensing route but having read that there are so many untrustworthy companies out there in this arena, I'm very hesitant. I found Lambert & Lambert but soon thereafter saw too many complaints on them. I'm now contemplating going with New Funtiers. Have you heard of them or are there any other companies in this space who you would recommend?
Thank you so very much for your time.
Regards,
Soo
Answer Greetings,
I haven't heard anything negative about Paul Lapidus owner of New Funtiers. He used to charge $125 to evaluate inventions not sure if that price still stands.
You might also check out Mike Marra at Marradesign.com I personally recommend him!!
(tell him I referred you or that I said "Hi"!) He does charge a small fee too but you'll get back a lot of history about what came before your design along with his expert opinion.
Hope that helps.
Regards,
Penny Ballou
