Question I have 3 ideas that I think are unique and need to become reality. I am hoping to have the Made IN USA label on them. After the idea is on paper...what, or who to contact for the next step. I can make prototypes and show design criteria, but then what.
Answer Dave...it sounds like you are overseas and want to bring a product into the US for distribution. Have you checked to see if your 3 ideas will infringe on anyone else's idea? Do you have any patent protection on these 3 ideas? What are plans for industrial design and manufacturing? Do you have the distribution channels set-up or do you need to locate these channels? There are a lot of variables that will come into play and things that you need to get done before you can show this to anyone.
