About Marty McCrea
Expertise
I can answer questions about honing your idea and helping it to become more real in your mind, your research, and within your speaking. My expertise is in answering the large questions that you have into more manageable pieces. I can also assist you in finding the source of the data that you can use to prove and pitch your idea if that's the path that you're on.

Experience
In my opinion, the current way to invent is inherently flawed. Regular people like us normally get “eaten up” by the proverbial sharks in the water. (corporations, invention submission companies, lawyers, etc)

We can not stand for this any longer; you feel this too, yes?

Experience:

I have helped people think and re-think their ideas for years. As a byproduct of talking with hundreds of inventors, there is a new and very revolutionary way to invent that will be available to the world in 2009. Nobel Prize Winner Albert von Szent-Gyorgyi once said that "Discovery consists of seeing what everybody else has seen, and thinking what no one has thought." I agree with this truth with all of my heart. Now let's talk about your question, your passion, and how I can help your idea gain momentum if it is ready.

Question
QUESTION: I am looking for a US company or a few US companies who would like to licence my China/Taiwan patents and make/sell the product in China and Taiwan, and perhaps the whole world. It is about a popular hot-bubble SPA machine that can be used inevery household, hotel, and hospitals. please see the image to get some ideas.

ANSWER: Hello Yenchieh;

I have a few questions before I can answer your question fully...

Is the product going to be manufactured in China/Taiwan?
So you want a US company to license the idea and sell the US market?
Can you get a list of the clients that are using the cold-air version?
What is the proposed price of your product?

Please get back to me with the answers, then I can more fully answer your questions.  Look forward to hearing from you.

Highest Regards;

QUESTION:   It'd be easier for you to discuss it with me by emailing me at  or call me at 510-3040377. Anyway I try to describe it below.
 Whether the US company would like to manufacture the product in China/Taiwan or anywhere else is up to the company’s decision. In general the cost of manufacturing it in China/Taiwan is much lower. There already exists a large market in Asia for the cold-air version, as can be seen from the URLs listed below. The price of the cold-air version of the machine is being sold at about between $400 and 1,000 USD. The market in China alone is already very significant. The US company can take one or several of the following strategies
1.Establish a factory in China/Taiwan and sell the product locally, as well as to the rest of the world.
2.Establish a factory in the US and focus its selling in China/Taiwan to take advantage of its patent right protection.
3.For alliance with bathtub manufacturers and embed the machine to a bathtub. I attach in this note with an updated drawing for the concept. One example of integrating the cold-air machine to a bathtub by a company is shown in http://www.itai.com.tw/article.php?modfly=detailed&class=3&layer0=45&layer2=117
4.Form alliance with medicare equipment company and sell it to hospitals or senior-care centers. It is a wonderful machine for cleaning patients or disable or senior people who can’t take a both easily.
You can easily google the web to find many manufacturers and companies making and/or selling the cold-air machine in China and Taiwan. I list a few in the following. Most of them are in Chinese but you can sort of learn it from the photos.

Answer
Yen;

What I would suggest is getting in touch with Ocean Tomo.  They are a company that facilitates intellectual property auctions.  You can reach them at http://www.oceantomo.com/

I have also contacted a friend of mine to see what the validity of putting your idea on the US infomercial circuit would do. I'll let you know if I hear back good news.  So for now, check out Ocena Tomo and let me know what you think...
