QUESTION: Who do I (SPECIFICALLY) contact talk about/tell of an idea to help with the energy crisis?
Answer Who do I (SPECIFICALLY) contact talk about/tell of an idea to help with the energy crisis?

Hi there,
I am not Canadian-based so it's hard for me to answer that question. I really don't think the SBA is the compelte way to go.
In the US it's the Department of Energy. Use Google to find it's Canadian equivalent which may be province-based unless here where there is one main department.
SBAs typically help by finding low-interest loans via banks as well as advise how to set up a business etc.
If all you have is an idea I might suggest you further develop it before approaching anyone with it. Bring something to the table other than what is in your head - unless you have a working prototype or perhaps a patent application filed. You have to have something to demonstrate it walks like a duck and quacks like one therefore it must be a duck.
