If water pressure is a consideration and you don't want both sprinkler lines on at the same time, then the second one needs to be set to B instead of A, and another programming of the start time and end time is required.  you can use the start time to be when the fist sprinkler ends.  that way the first sprinkler will go on, run and go off, the the second sprinkler will go on, run, and go off and both will have access to the full water pressure available.
