Assalaam Dear Brother,
Am Mohammed from india,How r u.I have a doubt regarding a lag of concentration in prayer.
Alhamdulilah i use to pray five times a day, but while performing my salah i use to be very comfortable and steady in the begining but few minutes later there are some dirty thoughts are coming to my mind and some times good thoughts too like (i should send this number of ayat or hadith as sms to my frnd)this. the bad ones are from shaitan i knew and if want abt good one's does this also comes from shiatan or allah?

Dear Brother,

Lack of concentration in prayer is a common problem. I suggest you learn the meanings of the ayats you recite regularly in prayer.

This will eventually reduce your problem.

Quran [41:30] In the case of those who say, "Our Lord is Allah," and, further, stand straight and steadfast, the angels descend on them (from time to time): "Fear you not!" (they suggest), "Nor grieve! but receive the Glad Tidings of the Garden (of Bliss), that which you were promised!

[Quran 2:177] "It is not righteousness that you turn your faces towards East or West.But it is righteousness to believe in Allah and the Last Day, And the Angels, and the Book, and the Messengers,To spend of your substance, out of love for Him,
For your kin, for orphans, for the needy,for the wayfarer, for those who ask, and for the ransom of slaves,To be steadfast in prayer.And give in charity,To fulfill the contracts which you have made,And to be firm and patient, in pain and adversity
And throughout all periods of panic.Such are the people of truth, the God-fearing.
