ANSWER: You could fall in love with your cousin and marry him. If you are age of consent then you donot need your other relatives permission to marry.

Masturbation in your condition is allowed and you should not worry about it being a sin and become paranoid.

Try for marriage and keep your distance as acting responsibly in such a relationship is very important. Be smart!
