Assalmalaikum
Dear Sister Ambreen,
Ext sorry for the late reply. This place is the most inhabited of all the places in the house. Therefore the prophet advised the Muslims to make a Dua before entering the washroom.
It is narrated from Anas that when the Prophet intended to enter it he used to say “In the name of Allah, O Allah I seek refuge from the male and female devils ( Allahumma Inni auzibika minal khubse wal khabais)
1. Just wash your vagina external portion after urination. There is no need to wash all lower half and do not doubt much or else shaitan will confuse you more and more. After washing dry it with tissue paper or cloth.
2. just clean it with tissue paper and throw it. Istanja water falls on floor may make it impure, therefore use indian toilet fitting or spray entire floor with water
3. what you do is fine.
Recite surah an nas much. This is the reason Allah has announced forgiveness because many things happen by mistake and shaitan takes advantage of this situation and confuses the true followers of islam.
[Nisa 4:43] O you who believe! Approach not prayers with a mind befogged, until you can understand all that you say,- nor in a state of ceremonial impurity (Except when travelling on the road), until after washing your whole body. If you are ill, or on a jour ney, or one of you cometh from offices of nature, or you have been in contact with women, and you find no water, then take for yourselves clean sand or earth, and rub therewith your faces and hands. For Allah/God does blot out sins and forgive again and again.
[Bani Israel 17:25] Your Lord knows best what is in your hearts: If you do deeds of righteousness, verily He is Most Forgiving to those who turn to Him again and again (in true penitence).

Answer Dear Sister,
This waswasah troubled much people earlier too. People used to be confused if they has passed wind or not in prayer. Therefore the prophet in order to ease their suffering ordered...
Bukhari Volumn 001, Book 004, Hadith Number 139.
-----------------------------------------
Narated By 'Abbas bin Tamim : My uncle asked Allah's Apostle about a person who imagined to have passed wind during the prayer. Allah' Apostle replied: "He should not leave his prayers unless he hears sound or smells something."
That was a perfect cure for the waswasah of wind.
1. Those water just wipe by clean tissue paper.
2. spray water on that area.
Bukhari Volumn 001, Book 004, Hadith Number 222.
-----------------------------------------
Narated By 'Aisha : (The mother of faithful believers) A child was brought to Allah's Apostle and it urinated on the garment of the Prophet. The Prophet asked for water and poured it over the soiled place.
Bukhari Volumn 001, Book 004, Hadith Number 227.
-----------------------------------------
Narated By Asma' : A woman came to the Prophet and said, "If anyone of us gets menses in her clothes then what should she do?" He replied, "She should (take hold of the soiled place), rub it and put it in the water and rub it in order to remove the traces of blood and then pour water over it. Then she can pray in it."
Bukhari Volumn 001, Book 004, Hadith Number 229.
-----------------------------------------
Narated By 'Aisha : I used to wash the traces of Janaba (semen) from the clothes of the Prophet and he used to go for prayers while traces of water were still on it (water spots were still visible).
Bukhari Volumn 001, Book 004, Hadith Number 218.
-----------------------------------------
Narated By Anas bin Malik : The Prophet saw a Bedouin making water in the mosque and told the people not to disturb him. When he finished, the Prophet asked for some water and poured it over (the urine).
