As salamu Alikum

The answer is correct regarding up to 30% of the wealth to be given to anyone. What is not mentioned is that this is true only in case of a last will which will be executed after the death of a person. However, in his life time any amount can be given to anyone provided with justice, i.e., other children are not deprived.
