Wallaikum As Salaam!

Is the Job important financially or for you, in case it's important

for you, then you please evaluate whether the job is worth to sacrifice

harmony in the family that is lacking and leading for a split.

Do not forget he supported you during your struggle to complete your

studies right through the child birth.

Look at some other job that gives enough time to spend with the family

as as well provide rest to all.

If you insist to continue, then there's danger that your husband may

end up seeking comfort from another source and end up in separation,

the Almighty Allah forbid.

May the Almighty Allah have mercy on us to forgive our sins and guide us all to the true path of Islam as per the Koran for rest of our life.
