QuestionAslam o Alaikum wr wb,
i have two questions:
1) When ever i pray like in most of my prayers i kep forgetting if i have done sajdah twise or once although i m like 60 to 65% sure that i have done it corrrectly but still i have doubt in my heart and sometime si dont know if i have read tashadud in the second rakat although again i m more tha 50% sure that i have. These problems led me to read my salat thrice or sumtimes twice becuz of these confusions as i dont want to miss anything. I feel very bad although i do pay attention Alhumdulillah its like the memory i had that whether i had done sajdaj twice or not is uddenly taken awway and i cannot remember at all. So plz advise me wot shud i do as its begiiniing to happen a lot. Also m i sinful 4 it i just repeat my prayers so as not to miss anything or b free of doubts InshaAllah.
2) my second question is that i m doin B.Comm Alhumdulillah but the thing is that i donot want to study i like spending more time in reading or doing anything religous as i know is going to benefit me in the hereafter too InshaAllah. If i study my university books i feel like not concentrating only because i think that its not going to benefit me in the hereafter so whats the pint of studying. So i hardly study. Now i want to ask as some people have said that wordly education is also part of Ibadat. I want to be sure of it because i dont feel like doing it if its not going to benefit me in the hereafter. So plz tell me cuz my studies are lacking i dont know if its considered a sawab ( rigteous act) to study wordly education or not. If it is then i m more willing to study but i want to be sure. Plz provide authenticated sources.
JAzakAllah for reading my questions and ur time.
Walaikum aslam wr wb
Answer salamu alaikom sister, regarding your first question it is impossible to be sure and doubting in the same time, you are one of the two,if you are sure then there is no problem,if you are doubting then you have make the missed{doubted}part of the prayer then to make "sjoud sahuw" by the end of your prayers.my advice to you is stop thinking of any thing but you are standing in front of God,this could help you to be more concentrating in prayers.
regarding the second question,of course you will be rewarded if succeeding in your study as long as you are having the intention"neiyah"to do this to be a future good muslim accountant, the umah needs good muslim professionals in all aspects,to be rewarded just get the intention that you are doing this for the sake of God and islam.
best wishes.
