Question im still confused about wajib and fard i know fard means mandatory why do some people say fard is mandatory while some say say it almost mandatory but you get no sinned for it unlike fard
Answer Fard is mandatory to be done - wajib is also close to mandatory but could be worked around with concession based on conditions and circumstances of one's ability. E.G Jumua sermon is fard to listen too.
Eid sermon is wajib to listen - if one has to leave due to some circumstances after the Eid salaah - then it would be permissible - but if one is present - then one has to listen to the Eid sermon.
