Question are Jews considers muslims eternal enemy ? and do you believe of eternal hatred and conflict between these religions?and does isreal have the right to have Palestinian land?
Answer Hello Hamad,
The relationschips between the Jews and the Muslims have not always been as problematic as they are now. Eventhough the Jewish people has been living a widespread diaspora during centuries, there have always been Jews that continued living in Palestine. I do not think that Jews and Muslims are historical and perpetual enemies. The conflict that sometimes opposed them (like now : Israel vs Palestinians) has mainly been caused by a minority of people willing interested in conquest or revenge.
On a religious point of view, my reasoning is the same : there are significant theological points shared between both the Jews and the Muslims. Considerfor example some sacred texts that they have in common. There is no particular conflict between these two religions. The conflict is mainly rooted in political reasons. Most Muslims and Jews are tolerant : they do not really bother whether the other practices their religion or not. Both just want to live peacefuly.
As regards your third question, the situation isn't as simple in my view. Does Israel has the legal right to develops on Palestinian lands like it was the case since nearly a century ? It does, because of an agreement taken by the international community in 1948. Palestinians did not obtain the creation of a state because they refused to take part to the process at that time. As far as morals are concerned, the question is somehow thougher. If you take a look at the history of humanity, peoples and states have always been changing, disappearing or expanding. Imagine that Italians would tell Slovenians to go away from their land because it once was part of the roman empire. This situation has no sense. Now you may say that Palestinians haven't been experiencing such a situation since centuries. But as time passes, Muslim generations that dramatically struggled to keep their land are vanishing too. And at the same time, the new generation in Israel is not responsible for what their parents have been doing during the establishement of Israel. In that way, the question of right and wrong as regards the conflict opposing Palestinians to Israelis is not as simple to determine.
