I have a 1999 Amigo with the 3.2 v6 that stopped running one day. Would not start and then every once in a while it would start for about 3 minutes and then die. I checked entire fuel system and later found out it was the crank sensor. If you cant find anything wrong with the fuel system and it still wont start try the crank sensor.

Remember to test the relays too.  They are in the engine compartment with the fuses.  The fuel relay could be at fault. or ECM relay.
