Italian Cuisine - Too much salt in Cannelloni filling

Expert: Il Magu - 10/28/2009

Question
I'm making Cannelloni with meat/cheese filling and tomato sauce over the top.  I've used this recipe before but not in years.  Thought the filling was a little bland so added some salt and now it's too salty.  Suggestions?

Answer
Ciao Becky,

the only suggestion is to use less salt in all the other ingredients of the recipe as, for example, the tomato sauce on the top... or try to use a little water in the filling preparation in order to make it less salted...

Hope this will help and, if yes, please rate.

ciao

MAGU
