Hi, I have a version of this recipe that I use flour and water. No egg or milk. There is a restaurant in a town called Spring Valley, Illinois in the US that serves these. They don't taste like the ones I make I like there's better. I can't wait to try these. Thanks for looking all this up. Yolanda
