Italy - baby supplies while in Europe

Expert: P L Byrne - 6/27/2009

Question
We are traveling to Rome-Florence and Paris in Sep with our daughter (will be
20 mo. old then).  Will spend a total 14 days.  Any suggestions on packing baby
supplies such as diapers/wipes, snacks and clothes?

PS: Air France offer bassinet.  Is it pretty useful?

Answer
Thank you for your question.
I never used a bassinet, wasn't on offer when I was traveling with my babies but I think it sounds great.

I suggest bringing 2-3 days worth of all the supplies and then picking up what you need as you go. Two weeks of diapers could be a whole suitcase!

Weather should still be warm then. Check www.wunderground.com for the historic weather, best predictor.

Check out www.ciaobambino.com.

Our business are www.italyperfect.com, www.parisperfect.com for vacation rentals if we may be of help.

Best regards
