Question
Hi Andrew
i wonder if you can help me i'm trying to find info regarding train timetables from Turin to Rapallo. my family and i are staying the centre of turin in the Boston art hotel and would like to know the train station that is close to the hotel , I looked up stations in Turin but when i type them in they don't seem to be accepted !!!!do u know of any good italian restaurants that are not too far from where we are staying
Thank you

Answer
Hi Dyan

Great that you are visiting Turin, I lived there for nearly ten years and my site ( http://www.my-italy-piedmont-marche-and-more.com/turin.html ) is about the city and actually mentions a number of good restaurants which may be of some help to you. Most of the best hotels are in the centre but for something a little different I would suggest the San Giorgio (behind the Borgo Medioevale), it is a very short taxi ride from the Hotel Boston.

The nearest station to the hotel is the main Turin Station called Torino Porta Nuova and you can look up the times on the http://trenitalia.it/homepage_en.html  railway site.
