we are renting a car for 2 weeks and would like to go and stay in Capri for 2 nites. Can we park our rental car in a car park for 2 nites in Naples near the ferry station. If not, is there a car park by the train station in Naples and also how much will it cost?

There is a car park near the ferry terminal in Naples. I don't know how you would guarantee you could find a spot and, even more importantly, that the car would be there when you returned. Same for any car park in Naples. Naples is known for theft.

I would suggest you check with your car rental company for their ideas. I have no idea whether it makes sense to them, but if they have a lot in Naples, maybe they could keep the car for you while you are in Capri. The cost of a taxi to/from the ferry terminal could be a small price to pay for peace of mind.
