I would suggest Amazon.com or half.com, these are not bid, but fixed price sites. This item can get pretty pricey, because sellers know it is out of print and rare.
Or you could always look into local cd shops in your area (not major store chains). I bought my Dream Street cd for about $10 from a little cd/dvd traders shop called CDepot in my area.
