QuestionI saw that someone eles asked about Janet's workout routine, and you said she spoke about in shape magazine, you would email her the details. Could I also have the details about Janet workout routine from shape magazine. Thanks it would be a big help.

these are the details about janet's workout routine from shape magazine:
designed by her personal trainer Tony Martinez,
she does legs twice a week (reverse lunges, good mornings, toe touches, and leg press pushing back at a 30-degree angle)
upper body work twice a week (push-ups, pull-downs, chest flies, bicep and tricet supersets and shoulder lateral raises)
three days of abs
and 5-6 days of cardiovascular exercise (including kickboxing, basketball, tennis, baseball, jumping rope, and running)
i'm not familiar with what some of the exercise terms but i hope this helps anyways.
