Question
Is Janet into heavy lefting to get her shape?
And what is her diet like to keep this shape?

Answer
hey tracey,

janet has said in a shape magazine interview
that she does several activities to maintain her shape.
(lucky for you i'm at home so you don't have to wait i'll just go get the magazine right now so i can quote directly:))

ok, in the issue it says janet has a trainer, Tony Martinez, and a nutritionist, Tony Perrone.

Martinez has her doing legs twice a week: reverse lunges, good mornings, toe touches, and leg presses pushing back a a 30-degree angle
upper body twice a week: push-ups, pull-downs, chest flies, bicep and tricep supersets and (shoulder)lateral raises
in addition to all the weight training are three days of abs and five to six days of cardiovascular exercise per week.
Mixing it up so its never the same, Martinez has janet kickboxing, playing basketball, tennis, baseball, jumping rope, biking, and running.

ok and for the diet, Perrone has janet on his "fast track"
the track has three different phases: One, drinking three custom-tailored liquid meals per day, eating one or two solid meals per day (each containing protein, carbs, and fats) and taking various nutritional supplements and herbs. Phase Two introduced more solid foods and calories and reduced her supplemental intake.
Phase Three: "free foods" including all vegetables, berries and frozen yogurt.
Through dedication janet dropped four sizes to a size 0.
janet says the hardest things for her to cut out of her diet are milk and cheese.
she also says she eats a cheat meal once a week, because she misses french fries and dessert.
she says she's fortunate enough to employ a chef so its easy for her.

i hope this information satisfies your question.
please feel free to "ask for more!" on whatever topic.

Thanx for asking,
