Question QUESTION: Thanks for the quick responses. Why is there a delay in the hearing for custody of Michael's kids, it was Debbies request and Katherines. What do you think is happening? Why are they talking so much about the paternity of the kids? I believe Michael is the biological father of Blanket for sure, and also the older two. What do you think?

1) Given the circumstances, The judge only granted temporary custody to Michael's mother. There is no delay in the custody hearing. The hearing to determine permanent custody is slated for August.
2) Critics are speculating about the paternity of the kids because this information a) could have an impact on Katherine obtaining permanent custody; 2) Debbie Rowe could exercise her right to have custody of the children; 3) could have an impact on Michael's assets and how his will is to be executed; 4) Michael "haters" just want something else negative to speculate about him. I believe Michael is the biological father of all three of his kids, too.

QUESTION: Do you think Katherine Jackson will recieve permanent custody of the children when the hearing starts in August even if Debbie decides to sue for custody? What do you think will happen? What is the July 13 hearing about?
ANSWER: Hi, Kim
From what I know and understand, the hearing to determine permanent guardianship/custody was originally set for August 3, 2009. But with the new developments that Debbie may petition for custody, a petition had to be filed to extend the temporary custody order given Katherine. The July 6, 2009 was to discuss that temporary custody order. Now it has been moved to July 13, 2009. Ironically, this would have been Michael's first concert date.
The hearing on July 6, 2009 will be held but only to discuss how Michael's will is to be executed. I believe that the hearing in August may be cancelled then, if permanent custody and guardianship is established on July 13, 2009. I believe Katherine will get custody of the children. Debbie Rowe vanished from the public and divorced Michael because she couldn't handle how public her life became being married to him. I know she doesn't want her life interrupted now by trying to gain custody of his children. If the judge grants custody to her by some California fluky law, her life will never be the same and fans definitely will not rest easy with the decision.

QUESTION: Hi, do you think Michael's body will be at the memorial on Tuesday? Will there be other memorials around the world? Do you know where Michael will be buried?

It is my prayer that Michael's body will be at the memorial. There are no plans for a funeral procession and details are still being worked out as to how to get his body safely to the Staples Center without any problems. Other private memorials are already being held around the world, especially at local funeral homes. However, Details of official memorial services approved by the Jackson family are not available yet. Michael will not be buried at Neverland as rumored. He will be buried at Forest Lawn Memorial Park and Mortuaries Hollywood Hills.
