As a professional writer director producer who deals directly with the jackson family and their executives including ms bain's office; I wonder who this hayley is and where she gets her misinformation; the fact is michael like many stars has staffs of people at times depending on his schedule reading his mail at times completely authorized by him and/ or his senior executives; it does make for confusion at times. the amount of paperwork for a star who virtually becomes a corporation is huge and many stars are not reading their own mail.
