Tho song was called, "Superstar", by Lydia Murdoch' available only on 12" vinyl, back in 1983.

There was indeed a response to Billie Jean (Michael Jackson's version)...and it was out in 82, 83, not sure exactly when. Must dig through my old recordings to find it. It ends with the words "and I am Billie Jean." And, of course it was recorded by a woman.

Yes there is a reply to michael jackson's song to billie jean, a woman who sing's a response to billie jean claming that she is the one that was his lover. My mother has the dubbed version of it came out late 80s early 90s i remember listening to it when i was younger. I'd say it be a very rare version now, i don't think it has been released. I'm not sure who sung it, would like to track the original copy down.
