Question
hello. Can you tell me how to adjust a clutch on a 1960 jaguar xk 150
thanks. Dave

Answer
Hi Dave,

The clutch release is a hydraulic slave cylinder and has no adjustment on it but as I remember there is an adjusting nut on the operating rod where it meets the lever at the bell housing. You should bleed the clutch hydraulic system first to be sure no air in in the system then check for that adjusting nut at the lever on the bell housing for excess free play.
