Hello Howard,
The Leyland service manual descriptor for #295 is:
Anti run on relay
Is this the same as an:
Ignition relay
?

That is true that if the oil pressure quits the fuel pump will stop running but also if you try to start the engine with no oil pressure it will not start so you can see it needs to operate to run the pumps and ignition.

Just follow the trail of power to see why the pumps are not running.
