Valve cover
Valve cover
See attached photo
Two hairline cracks in valve cover in one of the corners
Of the protrusion for the cam chain gear.
Are the valve covers aluminum?
Can some sort of liquid metal fill the cracks?
Thank you

I can't spot the cracks in your photo but yes they are aluminum.

You need to do two things, One is to remove the round crankcase breather plate on the front of the head and clean the screen and check the breather pipe to see that it is clear.

You may clean the area of the crack and try either an epoxy or even just silicone gasket sealer on it but let it dry over night before running the engine. Be careful about over tightening the nuts and check the copper washers under each nut.
