Definitely Couples Negril. Negril has some of the best beaches and water I've seen. After scouting out tons of resorts in Jamaica, I settled on Couples Negril for my own honeymoon because of that crystal clear water. It is so calm and beautiful, you can take a raft out and float the day away. I'm very biased personally towards Couples Negril because it really is an amazing resort with beautiful accommodations, grounds, service and food. Highly recommend.
