Question
I got married in Negril 9/12/09 and an waiting for my certified copy of the certificate. The pastor said 7 to 10 days, it's going on 7 weeks. I am getting the runaround from him, the Sav office and no respose, e-mail or phone from the Kingston office. Can you please help? I need it to file an immigration form so my new husband (Jamaican) can join me in the US and we can really start our lives together. It's torture being apart. Thanks, Anya
