MY FINANCEE SAYS HE MARRIED A WOMAN IN JAMAICA YEARS AGO, BUT IT IS NOT LEGAL IN THE UNITED STATES.  HE SAYS THERE IS NO RECORD OF HIS MARRIAGE.  THERE IS A COPY OF A MARRIAGE REGISTER.  IS HE STILL MARRIED TO THIS WOMAN?  HOW CAN I FIND OUT IF HE WAS MARRIED IN JAMAICA
