Answer Hi there MJR, sorry it's been a few days...To be honest I don't directly remember Cefalu' being specifically referenced in a Bond movie, however I think you might be thinking of "From Russia With Love," the second 007 movie. They shot a lot of scenes in Italy. So I think that is the movie you are referring to. Hope this helps!
