Question
Hi, Robert~

I'm planning to travel Hokkaido, Japan.

One of my friend, who had visited there told me to go to Ishiya chocolate factory.
Heard that place is a little corny, but kinda fun. ^-^

I was wodering if you could tell me how to get there by bus departing from otaru.

Thank you for taking time to read this, and plz reply me~Thx~~

Answer
Hi,

There is an Ishiya Chocolate factory in Sapporo, if that is what you are referring to. The address is

2-2-11-63 Miyanosawa, Nishi-ku  Sapporo 063-0052

Tel. 011 666 1481

I would budget about 60-90 minutes to go through it. I hear the chocolate fondue and ice cream is good but I have never tried it myself.
It is easy to take a subway to Miyanosawa Stn after you arrive by train or bus from Otaku. But if you want there is a subway map at

Enjoy yourself!
