Question hello sir,
sir i am abt to start my work upon a project which serves as a part of my college curriculam. but i am really confused abt the thing i should work upon. i have average knowledge abt java and .net and wishing to develop a project in the same. i dont want to work upon the regular hotel management system , railway booking system n all, wanna do something different. i knw i dont have that much knowlede abt the languages but i am ready to do hard work or sleepless nights to achive d desired knowledge.
i have n idea to develop a media player but i am afraid it uses j2ee which is out of my knowledge area.
wish u cud help me wid some idea. i have not more than two months or so for the project development.

Answer The first thing I need to ask is, which language is it required in? That helps determine where you should go for help, and will help determine the architecture a bit.
Also, what are the guidelines/specifications for the project itself? I'll guide you if I can.
