Subject: window status

Question
How can I draw a button “Display Status”, and when this button is clicked, the status bar should display the text written in title of the webpage.

Answer
I'd start like this:

<input type="button" onclick="displayTitle();" value="Display Status" />

<script type="text/javascript">
function displayTitle()
{
 window.status = document.title;
}
</script>

Hope this helps get you on your way.

~A!
