Question
Replaced Battery and altenator. Also had new bat and alt tested. In idle, used to be 14. Now it has dropped to 12-13. When I put a load on it (headlights and AC, it drops to just above 10. At times, it acts like it's going to die when I come to a stop. Any ideas?  Thank you for your time.

Answer
I would try replacing the battery even though it is new sometimes they can be hard to test.  Almost anyone will warranty a battery to keep you happy.  If things still aren't right try the replacing the alternator, when tested they may appear they to charge well, but when they get hot they may not perform correctly.  Hope you get the problem worked out!
