Answer No he is who he said he is the son of God Jehovah,he never said he was God,the churches of christendom teach Jesus is God but the bible teaches something quite differently.
Ask yourself this question:
could Jesus have had faith? if he is God; he knows and sees everything without having to turn to anybody else. faith consists precisely in leaning on another and in admitting that which is not seen; that Jesus-God could have had faith, therefore, is excluded.”
The reason I mentioned this is because Jesus cannot believe in himself.” “Faith consists in believing in another, not in believing in oneself
Should we thus conclude that Jesus did not have faith? the churches say the Gospels never speak about Jesus’ faith,”these preachers say he
generally refer to the faith of the disciples in God or in Christ, rather than Jesus’ faith in his heavenly father Jehovah.
What can we understand from what he did and said? What do the Scriptures say?
Jesus was a man of prayer. He prayed on every occasion.
(Luke 3:21) . . .Now when all the people were baptized, Jesus also was baptized and, as he was praying, the heaven was opened . . .
the whole night before choosing his 12 apostles ,and before his miraculous transfiguration on the mountain, while with the apostles
) He was praying when one of the disciples asked him: “Teach us how to pray
Who was he talking to? see if he is God and the churches teach there is one God in three but one God who was he praying to?
The bible answers:
(John 11:41) . . .Therefore they took the stone away. Now Jesus raised his eyes heavenward and said: “Father, I thank you that you have heard me.
He prayed to the father the bible says, his father is Jehovah,he can't be Jehovah ,he cant be God he is the son of Jehovah.
This link between prayer to God and faith in Him is evident from what Christ said to the disciples: “All the things you pray and ask for have faith that you have practically received.
If Jesus did not have faith, why did he pray to God? Christendom’s unscriptural teaching of the Trinity, that Jesus was both man and God at the same time, obscures the Bible’s message.
It hinders people from understanding the Bible’s simplicity and power. Whom did the man Jesus invoke? Himself? Was he unaware that he was God? And if he was God and knew it, why did he pray?
Jesus’ prayers on the last day of his earthly life give us an even deeper insight into his firm faith in his heavenly Father Jehovah manifesting hope and confident expectation, he requested:
“So now you, Father, glorify me alongside yourself with the glory that I had alongside you before the world was
Stephen was given a vision of heaven in which he saw “Jesus standing at God’s right hand.
(Acts 7:55) . . .But he, being full of holy spirit, gazed into heaven and caught sight of God’s glory and of Jesus standing at God’s right hand,
How can Jesus be God and stand next to God ,makes no sense.
Notice this account :
But Jesus answered, . . . ‘You will drink my cup, but to sit at my right hand and at my left is not mine to grant, but it is for those for whom it has been prepared by my Father.’”
How strange, if, as claimed, Jesus is God he said he didn't have the authority to grant something someone else did.
(Matthew 20:23) . . .He said to them: “YOU will indeed drink my cup, but this sitting down at my right hand and at my left is not mine to give, but it belongs to those for whom it has been prepared by my Father.”
Does not Matthew 20:23 show that the Son is not equal to the Father, that the Father has reserved some prerogatives for himself?
The churches use the scripture where Jesus said I and the father are one,as if he is the father, lets take a close look at this verse:
(John 10:30) . . .I and the Father are one. . .
Gr., hen, neuter, to show oneness in cooperation.
He was saying the were one in purpose, proof is the same context where he said:
(John 17:21) . . .in order that they may all be one, just as you, Father, are in union with me and I am in union with you, . . .
King James:
21That they all may be one; as thou, Father, art in me, and I in thee, that they also may be one in us: that the world may believe that thou hast sent me
Jesus and his Father are not literally one person, but they are in agreement on all things. Jesus prays that his followers enjoy this same oneness so that “the world may have the knowledge that you sent me forth and that you loved them just as you loved me.”
So they cant be one if the father is greater
(John 14:28) . . .YOU heard that I said to YOU, I am going away and I am coming [back] to YOU. If YOU loved me, YOU would rejoice that I am going my way to the Father, because the Father is greater than I am.
So Jesus is not God as the false churches teach, they teach this to people who dont know the scriptures who just sit there in church and believe what they hear, but Jehovah's Witnesses have exposed the churches as false along with these false doctrines
