I have been one of Jehovah`s Witneses now for over 30 years, in those years I have brought up 4 children, teaching each of them the bible.Being one of Jehovah`s Witnesses has helped me cope with my Epilepsy and bring up a daughter with learning difficulties.I have conducted bible studies with people from nearly every denomination i.e. Muslim. Having used the bible all these years to answer peoples questions, I feel I am qualified to give any answer regarding Jehovah`s Witnesses and the bible.

Experience
My experience has been one of attending bible lectures 5 times a week,taking part in these lectures in front of an audience and being with thousands of J.W. at conventions where I have seen the bible at work in peoples lives.It is truly a miracle when you see thousands of people meeting together and not one policeman needed, and not even a piece of litter in sight.It is like another world.

QUESTION: thanks Brenda for your explanation About Lord Jesus before. but I still do not understand as you said if Jesus is not God,

How could you explain....(we can not deny these statement )
Book of Herb quote Psm 102;25 apply to Jesus (Heb 1;10) .he is creator.
In (Ephesian 4;7-10) Paul quote (Psm 68;18) also apply to Jesus as well, (he is creator and Lord of all)

Jesus is Immanuel (God with us)
“Its outspread wings will cover the breadth of your land, O Immanuel!..........propose your plan, but it will not stand, for God is with us. "(Isa 8;8-10)(matt 1;21-23)

“he will be called Wonderful Counsellor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace.”(Isa 9;6)

“the Holy One of Israel, in trueness. A mere remnant will return, the remnant of Jacob, to the Mighty God. ………..The Lord, the LORD Almighty, will carry out the destruction decreed upon the whole land”. (Isa 10;21-23)

We did not see Isaiah in these statement attempt to tell the difference between   Almighty and Mighty , holy one , Lord.

Jesus is creator
Second, In (john 1;1) we seem do not need to argue either Jesus is a god or God because book of Isa have already addressed this point. Jesus is God (capital “G”) therefore, John say , all things were made through him (john 1;1-3)

No doubt Jesus ,the son of God is God , Mighty God, holy one(Mak 1;24) , Lord (phil 2;11) , creator (john 1;1-3)

I may understand why JWS got confuse , they mad up Jesus is Son of man and Son of God combine .

when God become man (john 1;14), he takes man titles, mediator, high priest, apostle , God's witness, amen.

God humble himself (phil 2;5-8) was born of women, born under law,(gala 4;4-5)

as man ,he lower than angel (heb 2;9)

therefore,Paul say "God appear in a body ....)(1 tim 3;15-16)

this is my point of view, tell me what you think .

ANSWER: I think your very much mistaken, as we have discussed these points at length, so it appears to me you WANT to believe in a trinity, thats your choice, but as Ive pointed out you are not in agreement with ALL scripture.

    "How can that be misinterpreted ? " this subject is my question for JWS in the beginning . what do you think about "trinity" does not need to deal with JWS question ?

it is so easy to build up any theory by some verse but so hard to match the context.

you are christian , an expert and teacher,telling the truth to the world,
my question also came from the bible .i did not make it up,as a expert ,you have to be very careful, if any christian who find out you preach difference gospel , it is so logic to question you.

why ? because either you are helping Christ or being anti-Christ.

same as if I misquote somethings or misunderstanding , please tell me and correct me what's wrong I believe and why ?.. instead of saying "trinity" is wrong,why don't you focus on how you answer "trinity doctrine " in order to prove what you believe is right .

JWs is not dealing with trinity, is bible itself .

ANSWER: Im sorry John but I cannot understand your question,it is in broken English & hard to follow.Perhaps someone else would be better qualified to answer your questions.

Sorry about my limited English, I agree the scriptures you have quoted from bible but not your interpretation. You know any important doctrine should not base on one or two clause. This is basic rule for our believe system, we might have our owe point of view by ourselves but if we want to teach or preach to the public, the theory should go thought some strict debating or it will so easy to make mistake.

It is so easy to point out the mistake and rebuild a doctrine, but we forget some of the traditional doctrines such as “trinity” have been gone through hundred and hundred debating and discussion, plus ,Lord Jesus promise holy spirit must guide us to the truth ,

"I have much more to say to you, more than you can now bear. But when he, the Spirit of truth, comes, he will guide you into all truth….(john 16;12-13)

“He said to them, "This is what I told you while I was still with you: Everything must be fulfilled that is written about me in the Law of Moses, the Prophets and the Psalms”
(luke 24;44)

For EX, JWS said Jesus is a god not God (john 1;1), they give a lot of info support this point, but never explain why Jesus is God, Mighty God , living God (capital “G”)in (Isa 9;6)(mat 1;23)(1 tim 3;15-16)

You may give may detail info about why JWS took it very serious to distinguish    “worship “ and “obeisance “ to Jesus, but compare with the other issues , why Jesus and father have same titles ? You have just given a very simple answer.” even though Jesus have same titles with father, does not means he is God,” Why ?

Have you ever checked your answer whether good enough to cover all the scripture that support Jesus is not God and creator?

HI John, I have been a Witness now for over 30 years, in that time I have studied the entire bible, so Yes; I have "checked" ALL the scriptures that discuss Jesus NOT being God or the Creator. I have also studied all the ones Trintarians use to support their belief, on top of that, I believed in the Trinity before becoming a Witness.
