In the deceptive translation of the KJV, it denies that Christ died and was risen on the third day, instead the KJV states Jesus and the evildoer went to Paradise in the same day they were to die. "today you will be with Me in Paradise." (Luke 23:43 KJV) A clever way to deny that Christ was to rise on the third day! The NWT is the only correct translation of ALL translations, stating, “Truly I tell you today, You will be with me in Paradise.” JW's know that Christ went to Sheol for parts of three days. Satan wants you to believe Jesus didn't die but went to Paradise? Trinitarians, Born Agains, and all of False Religion have rejected the sign of Jonah which Jesus gave. (Luke 11:29) Today, the same hypocrites deny the Parousia of the Christ and continue to deny the composite or collective sign of the Last Days that we have already entered!
Past/Present Clients It was evident that Paul preached to some of the scribes that he seen an angel and that this spirit was in fact Jesus in his true form even though premature. (Acts 9:3-5, Acts 23:9, Rev 22:16) The KJV is a "Doctrine of Mistranslations." Few know the KJV as well as JW's do. Theos when translated to English means (a god) as it is written in Acts 28:6. However, through Deception, the KJV leaves the article out of John 1:1. Which way is it "a" or not "a" is the question. Because if "a" is inserted then the True Scripture is revealed in John 1:1. And if the "a" is to be removed, then how can Paul be God in Acts 28:6? The KJV, simply a book of evolution that Christendom's Translators can't get right. LOL
Do Jehovah Witnesses read and study the writings of early Christians such as Clement of Rome, Justin Martyr, The epistle of Barnabas, etc.? Do you, and how valuable is what they say? Is it reliable and should we believe it?
Answer I have in the past, especially when I was learning the truth, in the 1870's, and in the 300's I have seen an explosion of scripture debates. I no longer value them personally since I came to an accurate knowledge, the WTS literature written today is right on and very insightful. I do tend to use them to help others out of Satan's hold on Christendom.
Charles Hodge, in 1873 wrote articles about Jesus being an angel. In the 300's Satan became relevant as the man of lawlessness which Paul even stated he was trying to get a hold on the Christian Congregation and that was during the first Century.
In the 1870's I can see there was a change of deeper yearning to learn God's word. As members of Christendom engaged in meditation and a heavy peering many fractions began to break off. The scriptures explains it this way: “And the ones having insight will shine like the brightness of the expanse; and those who are bringing the many to righteousness, like the stars to time indefinite, even forever. (Daniel 12:3)
In the end, there can only be one. Jehovah is a God of Order and he has a highly organized Organization that will bring Salvation to the nations. If you been counted righteous then you will understand this Prophesy is applied to Jesus and his 144,000 brothers. But as the the ones counted wicked, they will not understand at all and be misled.
"With faces to the earth they will bow down to you, and the dust of your feet they will lick up; and you will have to know that I am Jehovah, of whom those hoping in me will not be ashamed." (Isaiah 49:23)
Jehovah wasn't speaking about himself but it was a prophecy that has been unfolding for thousands of years and about to be fulfilled in its entirety.
Didn't Joshua bow down before the Prince of the Army and take the angel's counsel of peace? Also, didn't Mary Magdalene kneel before Jesus and wash his feet with her tears?
Jehovah sent his Son has his Chief Representative. Yet the world denies it. They deny John 3:16 and have no understanding that in fact Jehovah came by "sending his son". The Angel of Peace is the Prince of Peace.
