Question
But as the days of Noe were, so shall also the coming of the Son of man be.

I read where witnesses replaced  coming with presence and  you said there is no Rapture, explain how then presence is compared to Jesus in 1914 and the days of Noah.

Answer
You must be watching too much 700 Demonic club to make a statement like this, how is Jesus comparing a rapture to the flood of Noah. That teaching can easily be squashed.

In your text it uses "DAYS" that's the key to Jesus comparison.

If he was asked when was he coming again and then as a sign compared a one day event as what a rapture would be to the "DAYS" of Noah which was not a 1 day event as a rapture would be,in other words he would appear in the sky and then a sudden departure of the saved.

How is that a comparison to a 100 year event ,it makes no sense.

"But as the days of Noe were, so shall also the coming of the Son of man be"

Jesus was a prophet so he knew what his future would be concerning this verse so what he should have said if he was coming as a rapture and comparing it to the flood :

"But as the day of Noah was so shall be my coming"

The flood was a one day event ,it hit and hit hard,a rapture would be a one day event ,he comes and people leave.

The major problem is he said days of Noah which amounted to over a 100 years, then he later said:

(Matthew 24:37-38) 37 For just as the days of Noah were, so the [presence/coming] of the Son of man will be. 38 For as they were in those days before the flood, . . .

So the days before the actual flood was many many years so to compare many many years of the days of Noah to a one day event makes no sense,it makes sense to you yes because you never heard the truth. The days of Noah consisted of building the thing,he didn't build it in one day and the flood came the next it took a very long time and that compare to 1914 not a one day event of a supposed rapture.

They asked him :

(Matthew 24:37-38) 37 For just as the days of Noah were, so the presence of the Son of man will be., . . .

So our teaching makes more sense as he came to power in 1914 and he is present in Kingdom power
which is near 100 years similar to the days of Noah

(Matthew 24:38) . . .For as they were in those days before the flood, eating and drinking, men marrying and women being given in marriage, until the day that Noah entered into the ark;

So we can see the comparison of presence compared to a coming ,presence consume a long period of time as Noahs days where as coming is a one day event and dont compare to the days of Noah.

Then if you look at what he says later ,see if this sound like a rapture:

(Matthew 24:42) . . .Keep on the watch, therefore, because YOU do not know on what day YOUR Lord is coming.

(Matthew 24:43-44) . . .But know one thing, that if the householder had known in what watch the thief was coming, he would have kept awake and not allowed his house to be broken into. 44 On this account YOU too prove yourselves ready, because at an hour that YOU do not think to be it, the Son of man is coming.

This verse is for believers to read not criminals and low life type people so there would not be a need to in effect issue a warning of his coming criminals are not looking for a rapture believers are

This sound more like a warning than something multiple billions are hoping for.

My point is this, why issue a warning of a rapture since evil ones are not reading this ,those hoping to be raptured are reading this yet he warns:

"because at an hour that YOU do not think to be it, the Son of man is coming"

He uses word like a snare to speak of a blessed rapture

KJV:
For as a snare shall it come on all them that dwell on the face of the whole earth.

Holman:
like a trap. For it will come

The answer is this coming he's talking about here is this verse:

(2 Thessalonians 1:7-8) . . .the Lord Jesus from heaven with his powerful angels 8 in a flaming fire, as he brings vengeance upon those who do not know God. . .

This is nothing like a rapture thats why he issued a warning which is all in the same context of his presence.

"you said there is no Rapture, explain how then presence is compared to Jesus in 1914 and the days of Noah"

You show me where in this verse in a follow up this is a blessed rapture and Ill be at the blackness church doors early Sunday morning:

"the Lord Jesus from heaven with his powerful angels 8 in a flaming fire, as he brings vengeance upon those who do not know God"
