Question If adam and eve never sinned would a physical realm as we know it never have been created.eg - big bang.If they never sinned would they still be in spiritual harmony forever on their own ?

These kinds of speculative questions are difficult to answer. I do believe that God built the earth perfectly and it was sin that corrupted it. So the laws of thermodynamics and time are in play because God separated from the world and a sinful race. It became cursed. He loved us enough to rescue us, so He sent Jesus to take our place in punishment.
We will see a new heaven and a new earth when this all ends. So the spiritual harmony you refer to will take place in heaven. Would that have occurred in the garden, I am not sure.
