About Janko Expertise I am a qualified minister of Jehovah`s Witnesses and fully capable of answering any or all questions on our faith as well as others too, and the correct understanding of the Bible, which is God`s Word.
Experience My experience with our faith is quite substantial and was introduced to it in the 1960's as a child.
Question I agree with you. Did you noticed that the shepard left behind his 99 and went after the lost sheep in the wilderness and did not stop till he found the lost one who needed his help? then once found, the heavens rejoiced over the one sinner who repented. The sheppard went out of his way to bring the sinner back in.
My question is:
Why disfellowship, shunning away and excommunicate a lost sinner?
Here I see a cry for help-------> http://experts.about.com/q/Jehovah-s-Witness-1617/mom-son-wedding.htm But instead of listening to the families cry. She was then again shunned away. LUKE 15:4-6 Why push away a lost sheep yelling for help? Why turn away from a persons cry? Why divide a family when there is no other god in the household? Will you push someone to suicide when that person is emotionally inflicted in pain? Has your heart turned into stone for the cries of others?

Answer -
It's not my interpretation but God's through Jesus' illustration about a lost sheep(a member of the Christian congregation)that has drifted away or fallen away from the truth and then has repented of their wrong doings then returned to the congregation and was accepted backed with open arms and much joy to the congregation. Answer We disfellowship a person for gross sinful conduct to keep our congregation clean and give this person a chance to repent and return and be reinstated back into the congregation. It is merely a disciplne action to help the person, and also it is out of God's love that this is done. Were not miracle workers and it is up to the sinful person to either repent or it some cases they rebell instead
It is a matter of take your punishment or suffer the consequences.A person who is in a disfellowship is considered alienated from God and will if not reconciled before the great tribulation will therefore not be saved.
