Question I recently made a purchase of a large 14 kt blue topaz ring. It has 32 smaller stones set around it. I think the small stones may be saphires or topaz. On the inside it is marked with both China and MEDA. Can you help me find out more about who made it and what it might be worth. Thank you very much.

Your asking for me to verify (32) sapphires or topaz without seeing them and you want me to clarity and color grade these stones that I can't see. I would be happy to help you if you would be fair to me but your asking me to appraise a ring on a question and answer forum.
Your appraisal work requires lab testing and a hallmark research.
