Jewelry, Gems, & Minerals/Shooting Star Makers Mark

After much searching, I think the mark may be from Alvin Hankins who was a jeweler in Seattle up through at least the early 1920's.  I thought this may be helpful information to others who are looking for information about this mark.  I am still researching more about his work.

I have a 10K Gold ring with a Shooting Star makers mark.  The Ring is circa 1900s and is a Ladies Eastern Star (Masonic) Large ring set with Rubies.  Unfortunately I have yet to discover the maker's identity

I also have a older ring with a shooting star and a letter "C" on it. The setting looks very old and it was found in my grandmothers jewery box. I would love more info about it.

I have a Masonic ring from the 1920's with three rays coming up to the star and I don't see a letter inside the star. It's 14K Gold and there is a very substantial diamond in the setting. I know there are some other very specific Masonic markings inside. I don't the a letter so I am wondering if it could be Alvin Hankins as Sue wrote. I am looking for more information about this mark. Thanks!
