Jewish Food - Passover Food Question

Expert: Sherman D. - 4/21/2009

Question
Do the Hard Boiled eggs that we serve during the Passover Seder need to be peeled before serving or can they be served with the shell still on.  I seem to remember being at a Seder when the eggs were served with the shell on, but my Farther says they are supposed to be already peeled.

Answer
