Question
HI:I know that this is not your area of expertise(sorry I butted in), but do you know where I might find recipes from Yemen?
THANKS

Answer
Hi!  the best resources for Jewish recipes from Yemen are in collections of Sephardic recipes:

SEPHARDIC COOKING by Copeland Marks
New York:  Donald  I Fine, Inc, 1992
paperback:PRIMUS, 1994

is one example .  This one has recipes for Marag, Fayoot Im Hilbeth, Chouia, Hariss Temani, Hilbeh Ma Beda, Samag, Matzoh, Warda, Ajin, Jachnoon, Subya, Malawach, Hawaish, Schug
and Hilbeh

There are other Sephardic cookbooks and possibly sites.
Check Jessica's Biscuits on the web--it is a catalog of cookbooks.
