Subject: no egg and no soy matzah balls

Question
My niece is 2 1/2 years old, loves matzah balls, but was recently found to be allergic to eggs and soy.  Is there any way to make matzah balls without these two ingredients?

Answer
here are some substitute for eggs.
http://allrecipes.com/HowTo/Common-Substitutions/Detail.aspx

just pick which one she can eat because thats all i can tell you.

most of these recipes don't contain soy as an ingredient, but if they do, the link above contains a substitute for soy sauce as well.

By the way, you may know this, but mayonaisse is pretty much nothing but egg and oil.
