hi I am married with two kids. i want to be a stay home mother but every website i go to want money to start up. what websites can i got to that will help me get job online?

There are a lot of scams out there, so be very careful, especially if someone asks YOU for money to work online.  There is demand for customer service reps who can work from home through virtual call centers.  Do a google search for virtual call center or virtual customer service and you can do some investigation at that end.  You will need a computer, high speed connection and a good voice and attitude.  

Some companies now either have virtual contact centers for all their customer service relations or some combination of physical and virtual call centers.  You'll have to do a bit of research, but Vonage, for example, uses Five9.com to handle their virtual call centers.  http://www.five9.com/virtual-call-center-software/features/remote-agents.htm

You'll find this is a growing trend.  You can apply as an at home agent directly with some of the virtual companies, or do the research and apply directly to companies that are using virtual agents.
