Question
Dear Friend,
Can people with a microsoft certificates such as MCSD or the like find jobs without having
a university degree (bachelor or master 's degree) or any academic degree? and if so,how much is their salary?
Thanks In Advance,
Best Regards.

Answer
SandMan,

The simple answer to your question is "Yes." However, employers are not just looking for certifications but rather practical work experiences where you have proven to utilize these skills & knowledge in a business environment. Book knowledge & hands-on expertise in design, installations & problem solving is quite different.

Having specialized certifications may add 5k to 7k to your compensation but that truly differs with company, region & country. I hope this answers your question & if I can further assist, please let me know.

SandMan, I wish you all the best in your career search & hope you find a job that makes you happy, challenges you & compensates you well.

Regards,
Andy
