Job Hunting Tips/can't find a job

Question
well my sister can't find a job. 3 years ago she was convicted of 2 Felony's and no one will hire her because of it. she has tried to prove herself by completing high school at the age of 30 years old. but no one will budge on her backround. Any ideas on what she can do to get someone to hire her?

Answer
Lisa,

I would suggest that your sister join a volunteer group which will show potential employers that she is attempting to turn her life around & be a productive member of society. She can then use members of the volunteer group as her references & it may open doors for her to potential job opportunities.
Regards,
Andy
